Assessment: Students read the words aloud and write them in their workbooks.

a) Click on the words.
b) Students write them in their class journals.
c) Students practice saying them with the
“Repeat after me” video.
d) Students practice saying them with the
“Say it with me” video.
(There are no new sight word lists for this lesson.)
3. Do lesson 12
– Speak 500 –
a) Watch the scene.
b) Study the words with the students. (Use subtitle translations if possible.)
c) Play the “Say it” video and have the class say the lines along with the characters.
d) Each student picks a character (Pam or Don) and they perform the scene together.
4. Exit ticket:
Each student must say 5 words that have -tch or -dge in them.

Review lists 54 and 55.
